Need help with Bound? Join the Ottumwa Activities Department for Bound Help Night on Wednesday, September 16, from 5–5:45 p.m. at Evans Junior High School.
Bound is Ottumwa Schools’ online activities platform used for activity registration, required forms, and eligibility paperwork. Families can receive help completing the required paperwork and make sure our Bulldogs are eligible to participate!
If your student plans to participate in activities during the
2026–27 school year, visit
Bound to complete registration and all required forms.
All student-athletes must complete all of the following:
- Register for their 2026–27 activity
- Upload a current physical (both sides) or a new physical
- Complete the Consent to Treat form
- Complete the Concussion form
- Complete the Code of Conduct
